I sought a second opinion from Dr. Charkas at Smile Arc. During the consultation, he demonstrated honesty, compassion, and transparency regarding the proposed treatment. Throughout my life, I have experienced significant self-consciousness regarding my dental aesthetics. As an adult, I prioritized improving my dental health. Dr. Charkas exceeded my expectations, delivering exceptional results. His demeanor is consistently kind, caring, and patient, and his work is exemplary. I now find myself smiling with newfound confidence as a direct result of the successful treatment. The office staff also provided phenomenal service. Appointments were consistently efficient, and I encountered no issues with the care provided. I particularly appreciate the front desk team's flexibility in accommodating my schedule. I highly recommend considering Smile Arc for orthodontic treatment. As an adult seeking such care, I felt entirely comfortable and welcomed, a stark contrast to experiences I might have anticipated at other practices.

Our family has been using Smile Arc for our orthodontics since 2020. All 3 of my children received treatment during that time and we never had any problems. The staff has always been friendly and kind. We rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointments and they are efficient to get us in and out during quick check-ups. We had a great experience with Dr C over the many years and would definitely recommend Smile Arc to others. The office was always clean and bright and the technicians were knowledgeable and helpful. Five stars!

I've had a great experience with Smile Arc Orthodontics. Their office is very advanced in technology, especially for adult Invisalign treatment, and you can tell they focus on achieving the best possible results. I got two other quotes for the cost of Invisalign braces before starting treatment.Their price is not the cheapest, but it’s also not the most expensive and in the end, it was absolutely worth it. The quality of care and the final results made the investment worthwhile. Highly recommended for anyone looking for modern orthodontic treatment and excellent Invisalign results.

was greeted rudely upon arrival on my first time visiting this office by the receptionist (ellen) and spoken to in a very passive aggressive manner while attempting to check my son in for his appointment. not sure if she had a bad day or if she just doesnt like her job but i found it to be very unprofessional and reflects poorly upon the business as a whole, especially since she was the only employee i encountered during my initial visit. im otherwise happy with the ongoing dental care my son receives here which is the only reason i am even considering not immediately taking my business elsewhere for now. to any prospective patients, if you want to be spoken to respectfully in a place that you are spending your hard earned money i personally would recommend avoiding ELLEN.

Dr.Charkas is awesome! I love going here for my braces they do a wonderful job and the staff is really nice. They are great!! If you are needing braces this is the place to go!
